Chris and Paul of 2SB have something different to offer, the ability to offer a compliant system without creating unnecessary processes and bureaucracy and that is user friendly, this was also confirmed by comments from our external accreditation body.

Paul was professional and thorough throughout the process, whether trivial or major nothing was too much trouble for Paul to overcome, the entire team at TechMed agrees he and Chris were a pleasure to work with.

We passed with flying colours, barely a non-conformance and just a few minors that were cleared up during the 2 part assessment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2SB, we are continuing to use 2SB in a supporting role for ongoing management reviews, internal audits and our surveillance visits.
