What an incredible day! Slowing down to notice and noticing how the process of noticing means what I see changes, my perspective shifts and broadens; and how I change as a result of that. What a wonderful lens to view coaching through - the power of noticing and how that in itself is more than enough to alter me and the relationship and perhaps the thinkers I partner with. Oh and the venue and food are nourishing - I would highly recommend.

I attended a coaching demonstration by Su Blanch PCC. I knew what to expect due to the pre-session materials and the session itself was well-delivered with Su and Claire giving an introduction, all attendees introducing ourselves and getting a chance to observe a real 20 minute live coaching session.

Su was very good at preserving the thinker's confidentiality and I feel like I learned a lot in the hour that we spent together and the bonus was meeting other coaches. I would definitely attend a future demonstration and am considering training for my future CPD.

I did my coach mentoring in preparation for ICF accreditation with 3D this year and they were absolutely brilliant. They had been recommended to me by another coach in a group supervision session and so I made an enquiry about what they could offer.

From the outset they were great - taking time to find out what I was looking for and then keeping me up to date with courses until one was available which aligned with my other commitments.

As for the programme itself, this has been superb - I learned so much more than I expected in 10 sessions, helped by the fact that there are also 8 hours of pre-recorded masterclasses included in the programme.

The quality of the training is superb - delivered with warmth and humanity from all of the team. They skilfully create space to be human, celebrate successes, make mistakes, reflect and learn.

Being part of this programme has undoubtedly enhanced my coaching, deepened my understanding and boosted my confidence.

I hope to complete further training with 3D in the future and highly recommend them to other coaches.

I did the 4 part Simplifying Coaching course with Claire and found it to be excellent! It helped me really understand how to structure and support my clients better in a session. I learned many tiny tweaks that have made a big difference to the quality of my coaching and confidence in my coaching. The support from Claire and her assistant Shruti was spot on; plenty of time for sharing learnings, absorbing numerous pearls of wisdom and seeing how best practise via the coaching demos. I would highly highly recommend this course and any other content/training from Claire if you want to not only uplevel your coaching but simplify it to be more enjoyable too!
