I received excellent service from everyone I was in contact with at 3D print bureau. I was contacted on the phone first to discuss the purpose and use of the model to ensure the best materials were used, which I found extremely helpful (being naive to the whole process). The service was extremely quick, and I received the model within 1-week of ordering. It was of excellent quality and was well packaged to avoid damage. I would be happy to recommend this business and to use them again in the future.

Perfect! From initial enquiry to receiving printed parts it couldn’t have been better. There was a small printing issue (not 3D Print Bureau's fault) that was resolved without any fuss or hassle. Top marks!

I was really impressed by this company. Despite us making several last minutes changes to the order there was a super fast turnaround with great customer service along the way. We got our samples in time to meet a tight deadline, they were even packaging nicely. I cannot recommend 3D Print Bureau enough.

Quick in sending me a quote for my project ( just a few hours after contacting them), then very prompt with replying with updates.
I have received my printed item and I was very pleased with the result, very carefully packaged as well.
