Excellent service. We had a Level 3 survey done prior to house purchase which identified various issues. The report included the work needed to address the issues and the costs for this work. Louis and Megan were both very helpful. After receiving the report we discussed some items with Louis and he gave us valuable advice. We are very happy with the quality of the survey and it has been a wise investment.

There was an initial delay in us receiving our survey from Hawkins and Hawkins which I would have appreciated better communication on. Having said that, the report itself was clear, easy to understand and thorough, and the aftercare we received was fantastic. Louis was on hand to answer all our questions on a number of occasions, and walked us through our concerns, giving us useful advice that we used to move our purchase forward. I would absolutely recommend Hawkins and Hawkins and will use them again in the future.

Since then Goldie has drawn up all of the new building works and got the planning permission approved.

Exceptional service. Hawkins and Hawkins carried out a detailed survey of a house i was hoping to buy and uncovered a serious issue with the property. The issue would have costed me a considerable amount of money in the future if i had purchased it. Since then, they have carried out another survey on another property which i have now successfully purchased.

Really pleased with the level of service I received and would definitely recommend.

I had to cancel my survey at the last minute and this company was quite happy to refund me in full. I left a voicemail saying I would like to rearrange the appointment and forgot about it for a few days, but when I called them back they had already been and done it.

There were a few issues raised on the survey and some I didn’t fully understand. When I phoned to ask the surveyor he spent about 45 minutes on the phone to me and was very helpful and patient in explaining things to me.

The Level 3 building survey was of a good standard. However, given that we had already paid for a full survey, we were disappointed to be asked to pay a further substantial sum to provide a couple of recommendations for tradespeople who might be able to carry out the work.

They also provided me with the results of the survey very quickly after, and have been good communicators all the way through the process.
