I recently attended a workshop at Infusion Group, specifically for businesses planning to scale-up, and their readiness to do so, which was both thoroughly enjoyable, and undoubtedly a huge eye opener.

The workshop helped me identify a variety of areas that need improvement, and armed me several tools and processes, which require a relatively nominal amount of input, but return a significant amount of valuable data, which will enable me to make better and more informed decisions moving forward.
