I had a driver on the #18 bus pull over to a MAPCO on Donelson. He went into the gas station and stayed 15 mins. He comes out and see's me sitting on the bus and asks me where did I get on at. Really, I got on downtown. He disputed where I got on at. I work at BNA and he made me late for work with whatever he was doing in MAPCO. Many people from different countries travel from BNA on MTA, some of the bus drivers speak to the people so rudely, no communication skills, no patience. And these are the kind of people you want dealing with the public REALLY. if you don't like your job simply find something that best suits you, Your dealing with the public.

Busses are always late. ALWAYS! I miss my connecting bus at least once a week. Wego should include time management and clock reading in their training. The best part? 1 bus an hour. Thanks for the great service, you bunch of clowns.

Buses are clean, punctual, and effective in travel. However not all the bus drivers are very friendly. For people who are used to the country or are slower in processing information, just stick to driving yourself. The drivers are not patient if you don’t understand information the first time.

Bus 36 headed down Gallatin Road away from Downtown is troubled. The driver is a menace and laid on his or her horn for absolutely no reason at 5:05 p.m. on 4/20. Your horn should only be used for emergencies. Get a new job. Driving isn’t it.
