Booked a call with Lisa for a "power hour" I wish done it sooner. I have been using ServiceM8 for years but still got my eyes opened. Lisa took her time to explain things to me and made sure I understood before moving on. It did not feel rushed or that she was watching the clock. We invited Lisa down to Surrey so She could provide us with bespoke training. She very quickly grasped our current processes and helped setup up our new software to suit our requirements. Lisa is very knowledgable and relays the information in a calm manner, at a level that everyone can follow. All of our questions were answered and She made a follow up call the next morning to see if we had more questions. We all feel much more confident moving forward with our new software now.
