The challenge, when engaging support from social media companies, is that one is primarily operating on the basis of trust. Several attempts to enlist support for a complete re-construction of our web site for ‘Bland on the Run Books’ elicited a wary response to some of those we contacted.

It was therefore a pleasant surprise when we engaged with Re-Form Solutions. The initial honesty and candid expression related to our enquiry paved the way for a recognition that we had found our ‘pot of gold’ at the end of several rainbow searches.

Tom and his team were superb on many different levels. The re-build of the site was achieved with the maximum communication and the minimum number of obstacles. Although the team were unfamiliar with book gallery sites such as ours, there was an immediate rapport and an intuitive grasp of what we required. The result was a much improved site, with expansions on its predecessor, several of which were suggested by the designers.

But it wasn’t just the re-build that impressed us. The site needs regular up-dates and maintenance to accommodate new material, new authors’ titles, blogs, ads and a forum. This aspect has been as impressive as the original re-construction and we are confident that when we make requests, they will be dealt with promptly and in keeping with the high standard at Re-Form.

At the level of trust, we feel we can now rely on this talented team to support our expansion. We have also been thankful for marketing suggestions and the competitive price we have paid for Re-Form’s services. All round, whether we consider trust, confidence, communication, web-site building and maintenance, aspects of marketing and pro-active suggestions for enhancement, we’re delighted with our decision to engage Re-Form Solutions as our technical experts.
