I just wanted to share some feedback about our recent experience with your service. The teens had a brilliant time and mentioned that everything was fine with the arrangements. The van was nice and spacious, providing a comfortable experience, and the driver was nice and welcoming.

While everything would have gone exactly to plan if there hadn't been any traffic, we appreciated how smoothly things were managed even after the necessary adjustments. Despite the unforeseen delays, the outcome was very good, and we were pleased with the service overall.

Me and my friends had the best experience with Cabzilla, from the booking experience with Abi to the driver, they made it a very special day! We got upgraded to the executive mini bus and it was worth it! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely Fantastic service from our taxi driver Mo, he called the night before to reassure me of pick up, he was on time and very friendly and helpful. On drop off my friends car wouldn't start so he did an extra few drop offs for us. He really went above and beyond. I 100% will be using Cabzilla again. Booking was easy. Bus was clean and spacious.

Maybe the true sign of great customer service is how they react when things start to go wrong .
Arranged a nostalgic trip around Manchester with a group of friends celebrating 50 years since we graduated here. Abi was great at helping planning the route and setting up the trip.
On the day we had a problem that our coach didn’t arrive as expected due to a breakdown. Contacted Abi and he made sure the day was back on track, after a delay alternate transportation was arranged and extra time added on to end of the day to make sure we completed all our tour with photo stops and drinks at old waterering holes, great to see they had survived too.

Fantastic service with arranging a taxi there and back from a concert in Manchester. Great contact before and on the day. Taxi driver arrived early to make sure we got to the concert on time and arranged a close meet up point for afterwards, which was easy to find. Car was comfy and clean. I'd recommend using them as I certainly will be using them again.
