As a new business it's great to start out on the right path, just making minor adjustments and taking on board all of Penny's advice and seeing how I can implement it into my plan. I can see though for people who have an established business there is so much to learn in terms of reviewing what works and changing your mindset and approaching what doesn't work with fresh eyes. Penny's Sales Bloom course is worth its weight in gold for any stage of your business, it's refreshing, upbeat and really easy to follow. I've also had a one to one coaching lesson where Penny in her true fashion went above and beyond. I have run my own business for 4 years now. I have accessed Sales Bloom with an interesting if not a bit dubious state of mind.
While being super excited and craving to learn something new I had hoped that the course would not cover only subject areas I felt I already knew well enough.
Well, let me tell you whether you are new to the world of business or have been running yours for a while Sales Bloom will not disappoint you!

Penny offers great insights into running a smoothly operating, profitable business while adhering to the highest standards of the industry according to her high values and a proper company ethos.
Penny has been very successfully running her own business for a long time now. She used to work in sales for an IT company for a number of years where she had acquired her amazing sales skills.
Sales Bloom course is very well structured with each module covering a specific topic. Penny provided slides to each module as well as a video with audio.
Each module covers some theoretical and practical advice as well as examples from her own practice in business. These give a great illustration of the subject areas covered.
The videos are enjoyable to watch and provide a true wealth of knowledge.
It also helps enormously that Penny is very likeable, comes across as a very honest, passionate person who wants to genuinely help others and is never patronizing in any way whatsoever.
After going through each module Penny provides online support where queries can be answered as well as a forum for an open discussion.
I absolutely loved going through Sales Bloom modules. In fact going through the modules has become part of my weekly routine to the extent that I felt really sad once I completed my last one. I will miss watching Penny, her warmth and genuine passion to help others.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone whether a start-up or already experienced in business.
The amount of information Penny provides is enormous.
I felt I already knew enough but boy, was I wrong.
Going through the modules of the course opened my eyes to so many little bits that I was very little or hardly aware of.
Overall this has been a great experience and if you forgive the pun working with Penny is worth every penny!
