AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I booked this company on the 5th of August 2024 for a coach to take 8 people to London on the 1st of October 2024. I paid £200.00 deposit of a £900.00 total cost. Yusuf sent me a WhatsApp message requesting I leave a Trustpilot review, even though he hadn't provided a service. Their Terms and Conditions state that the balance should be paid before 21 days of travel. I emailed Yusuf on the 9th and 11th of September to pay the balance and he didn't respond to either email. We are travelling tomorrow and as didn't contact me, I had no choice but to book another company, as 8 of us are attending a wedding on the 2nd of October. Today, the 30th of September, I received a WhatsApp from Yusuf requesting I pay the driver £700.00 cash on his arrival tomorrow! Unbelievable. I emailed him requesting my £200.00 deposit and he has informed me that deposits are refundable. This is the scam, lure customers to pay a deposit, then ignore them until they have to make other arrangements. I will be taking this to Small Claims as he hasn't provided the services he was retained for, as per his Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS!

Scam Scam Scam please don't book with this company, after making payment of 1750 pounds, Yusuf could not provide us with customer details after we rang him severally he provided a driver phone number in Birmingham we contacted the driver they confirmed they have not received any payment. The next day we were supposed to go for the trip Yusuf phone no was not reachable, we had to make payment for another coach. He collected 1750 pounds without providing any services.
They are Scam please stay clear.

booked and paid for minibus hire for a group of 11 and a week before the trip, they couldn't confirm the collection details or provide the driver contact. They wouldn't respond to email or phone calls and put the phone down when we did eventually get through to 'Ali'. Thoroughly unprofessional and impossible to work with. They don't deserve to be in business.

Cardiff to Bristol airport and back, six people. Cost was £250. He picked us up okay and dropped us to the airport. We had to pay the driver £150. Whilst we are abroad we have a message advising that their 8 seater bus has broken down and they need to send a 16 seater which will cost us more. I replied that its not my fault and I will not pay any other amount other than the agreed price. They cancelled it and left us stranded at the airport. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!

Dangerous driver, turned up late, more concerned about arguing with his wife and eating than driving on the motorway. Half asleep, swerving in and out of traffic. Company refused to issue refund as we refused to take home journey due to safety fears. Avoid at all costs - buses are nothing like those displayed on the website. Fraudulent company.

Booking ok, but follow up not. Company couldn’t check with driver for childseats (which driver of course had but didn’t bring since not informed …), didn’t inform about drivers name / telephone number ahead (as promised), email asking for full payment ahead of time (even though paid deposit and agreed rest paid on spot), ended up paying extra for full - flex day until 9pm - but company didn’t inform driver about this (me and driver compared contacts / info where it said end tour at 9 pm in my contract and 5 pm in his instructions…). Unfortunately first & last time with this company for us.

Turned up nearly 2 hours after they were supposed on the outward trip and over an hour for the return. They clearly just take as many bookings as possible and have absolutely zero contingency for traffic or other delays. Don't use them.

Absolutely woeful, had a coach cancelled that had children on without any warning, kids were left waiting around in Oxford at 5am waiting.
