We went to Open Financial Solutions to remortgage and Dorota helped us from start to finish. From looking back and talking to other people, we really got the best deal. We were advised to pay off our help-to-buy scheme also which was something we had no idea where to start with but that again was excellent advice in hindsight.

Highly Recommend Open Financial Solutions. Was looking to take out life cover for business purposes. Thankfully I was recommended to speak to Joanna Gera who not only simplified the whole process for us, but she also saved us over £60 per month. Quotes from another financial provider was ridiculously high and I felt that the IFA there did not take the time to understand my situation. As a result, the quote was astronomical and the policy would have to go through some sort of underwriting procedure - this was due to a dangerous sport I have as a hobby. Joanna was able to find even better cover, for a lot longer (on standard terms) and for a fraction of the price with a reputable firm. Not only this, she stopped us from making huge mistakes with the way we set it up which would have had severe tax implications and possible issues if the life cover was ever needed. Thank you!

I decided to use Open Fanancial Solutions after scouring the real estate buyer's forums. My biggest concern was not being able to contact the broker after I paid for the service, which from my understanding is a common issue. However, my fears were unfounded, Ms Dorota is a great advisor, very patient, will explain everything, answer your 101 questions, advise on matters not necessarily directly tied up to the mortgage itself, always picking up the phone if she doesn't pick up she certainly will call you back the same day. I would also like to mention that my situation was complicated, and yet Mrs. Dorota managed to get me a mortgage.Also during the first purchase application the seller withdrawn and Mrs. Dorota made an application for another property, at no additional cost. Overall my way to secure mortgage offer was full of obstacles, but it was successful. I am delighted with the Open Financial Services services ,both ladies Mrs Dorota and Mrs.Sylwia, who is equally informed and helpful made the whole process as stress free as possible. Once again I recommend this company to all who are looking for a reliable, professional broker who treats their clients with respect and care. This was the best customer service experience that I had from months. Simply outstanding.
