Very pleased with the thoroughness of the survey performed by George. He went above and beyond, by providing a floor plan on my request. Unfortunately there was no avenue to reduce our rateable value on this occasion but they offer a no-win, no-fee service. I will certainly consider them for other premises.

Avoid!!! Scammers!!! I'm leaving a negative review to share my overall experience with this company. In March 2019, my company was approached by the salesperson from RVA Surveyors Limited. I made a hasty decision to sign a 5-year contract without checking the reputation of the company. Just check a Mirror article from 28 October 2021, 6 July 2023, etc. The company's approach and behavior were very aggressive. As far as I understand, RVA Surveyors went under administration in June 2023. The new owner follows their steps. I'm happy that our contract with this company is over. If you want to decrease your business rate, simply do it yourself through your local council. After I left a review, RVA Surveyors also send me a letter, saying that they will take me to court if I will not remove review. Review is done based on experience, I have all copies of overestimated invoices, and can provide it to RVA Surveyors. Also, they recorded a telephone conversation with my partner without her permission. Don't even think to use this company. I left a Google review to help other people. If RVA Surveyors not happy, they can contact Google, and ask to remove review. Think twice before deciding of using the company, because they will try to threaten you even not to leave a Google review.

Very efficient and quick.

They walked us through what we needed to do and then they took over they kept us in the loop 24/7 with what was going on.

Once they had won the case for us, they then guided us on how to get the refund for our business and even patiently waited until we received the refund for their payment, unlike other companies who pester for payment the instant they win the case or in some instances, before they have even started the job.

Very professional service with friendly staff and regular communication. Although we did not have a case in the end. I appreciated all the time they spent on working on my submission but we decided it would not be worth it in the end. I really appreciated their honesty. No win no fee!

A no-win, no-fee company that did exactly what was promised. I was deeply suspicious (having used another outfit that promised the Earth, delivered nothing and charged several hundred pounds for the privilege) at the outset, but at the end of the process I commend them for doing what they said they would, saving me many thousands of pounds.
Yes, the percentage of the saving taken as a fee is significant, but there's no way I would have the expertise to challenge business rates myself.

Having had issues previously trying to reduce our business rates to no avail with the local council and another similar company, we were really sceptical about using this company HOWEVER from the very initial stages we received a clear, friendly and overall professional response, right through until the end. We would definitely recommend RVA's services and would have no problem using them again. Whilst there is a percentage they take when successful, no one else had been able to succeed until this point and RVA overcame challenges to help us out so we were most impressed. Half of the reimbursement we received is far better than nothing at all. We are very happy customers!
