I’ve struggled for many reasons to focus on loosing weight, I’ve done it before by following a weight loss group and did really well but something threw me off balance and since then I’ve struggled to motivate myself. Not only has the hypnotherapy changed my view on myself and drastically improved my confidence and self esteem but I’ve started to acknowledge really important cues from my body that I’m not sure I’ve ever listened to before. I am not the same person I was 3 months ago, I’m happier, healthier and my mental health has improved. I now understand that it’s not all about what I’m eating. I couldn’t recommend Louise enough, she’s calming, professional completely non-judgemental and I felt totally comfortable with her. Thank you Louise, I’m on the right path now and the weight loss almost seems second to how I’m feeling about myself- it’ll happen now I know it!

I wanted to help my mother who wasn’t sleeping well and it was affecting other parts of her life I did plenty of research and found Lou,
from first contact Lou did everything possible to make my mom feel comfortable and relaxed and after just 4 sessions and some recordings to help my mom along the way my mom feels much calmer and her sleep has improved ten fold. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone who needs that little help in life.

I would highly recommend Lou, I was skeptical that hypnotherapy would help, but found the sessions both relaxing and inspiring. It definitely changed my thinking around my habits, where they come from and how to change them.
