I was particularly pleased with Ballards effort to understand our business thoroughly before commencing the report preparation. This tailored approach allowed them to grasp the nuances of our operations, ensuring that the final report accurately reflected the qualifying R&D activities for tax purposes. In addition, Ballards took time to explain the criteria for qualifying R&D to our internal R&D team. This enabled our R&D experts to clearly articulate why our activities were eligible to be included in the tax credit claim.

Finally, Ballards' efficient handling of the submission and administration with HMRC meant that our finance team was not overly distracted by the claim and was able to focus on our core business activities throughout.

Shocking service after creating an absolute mess. Tens of thousands of pounds spent with promise after promise to correct their errors and mistakes. Not trustworthy, a simple task gone very very wrong all because of Ballards! Avoid.

If I could give less than 1 star I would , After paying out tens of thousands of pounds under there guidance what a mess they have made, These people you put your trust in and they get it completely wrong leaving you to pick up the pieces, not even offering to put right a wrong , leaves a bad taste , and I’m not going away until it’s put right to my satisfaction.absolutely no morals or conscience, emailed Syree the owner and got a lovely email back offering to sort out the issues with onerous clauses ,Hope you sleep well at night ! It gets worse, now trying to defend there absolute mess that they have made your are absolutely unbelievable just put right at your cost, see your star (now employee) who was a partner has resigned but still works for you ! What a coincidence that is .
A serious fine 10k ish by your own regulatory body Aciew! , just shows how little you look after your customers
