An excellent experience from beginning to end. I like the fact Huw holds a couple of calls prior to any face to face meeting taking place. This provides both parties with the opportunity to explore needs & wants and to see if Huw can match his experience to your needs. Following various meetings, we were able to identify areas for improvement and development. The profiling really helped to recognise both the strengths and those areas to use more as a Leader & Coach. Having completed these in the past, it was great to have the time to work on them in much more detail. I would recommend Huw to improve many skills and areas that make you a more rounded and complete business coach, motivator and operator.

Through my conversations with Huw I have found greater clarity and direction in pursing my chosen goal. I first met Huw at one of his group workshops ‘Mission Making’ back in February. I went along not really knowing why I was there, I was struggling to move forward with my creativity & basically I felt ‘stuck’. At the end of the workshop I remember Huw saying if I wanted to continue taking about ‘my mission’ to get in touch. Well I let time go by, the months passed & finally in October I got in touch again with Huw. I don’t find it easy asking for help! We met for a cuppa & had a chat.

After that initial chat I went for 3 more meetings with Huw. I looked forward to our meetings as they gave me the opportunity to talk freely. Huw would ask questions which encouraged me to think about things in a way I normally wouldn’t. I had the space to think & came out of each meeting with clarity - I had a few light bulb moments which have resulted in real positive changes & I have been more creative in the last 3 months than I have in 20 years! I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first started to work with Huw, initially I was a little apprehensive it would involve sitting on rugs cross legged, humming, breathing incense sticks and the such. However the process and his methods are science and researched based, with many stories and examples along the way. Very quickly I started to challenge myself, thinking more clearly, dynamically and focused. Even before the end of our allocated sessions I had already realigned myself and was back on the track I'd fallen off, however much further along than I would have been otherwise. Huw was instrumental in this, without ever telling "what you should do" he guides you to come to your own ideas and conclusions. I'd highly recommend Huw and his programme and look forward to our continued work in the future.
