I can say, hand on heart, that my business would not still be running without the support of Russel Munday and the Action Coach team.
There are so many benefits from working with Action Coach. If I had to choose 1 it would be that it empowers you to be able and to believe you can do it.
My business plan was always to grow and eventually not work in my business, so it would be able to run without me.
The past year has given me all the tools and self belief that I can do this.
The 90 day planning workshop keeps me in check and aligned to all my business plan. Without this I really don’t think I will achieve it

Thank you so much for your continued support over the last 4 years coaching me to manage and grow my business.

When we started working together Pratts Pods was a small company, just me and the business had taken over my life. I had no idea what I was doing other than maintaining my own job, I was clueless on how to run a “business”, i didnt know which direction my business was going in, where I wanted to take it or what the real potential of my business was.
Outside of the business I had no spare time, a growing family and was becoming burnt out at 26.
Within a few months we had worked on plans for the business, which would completely change mine and my family’s life.
In 4 years we have gone from a one man band in a box room to a flourishing business, with a team of 7 in a very busy shop in wokingham. The business has grown larger than I would have originally imagined and we have plans for future growth!
The business continues to hit new records for turnover, and overall our turnover has multiplied by 5 in the time we have worked together.

Not only is the business almost self sustainable now but at home i have much more time for my family, i leave work early 2 days a week to spend time with my kids, i have my weekends back, i get to go on holiday again and the business can manage without me (mostly) and mentally i am in a much better place because of it.
I strongly believe that I would not have achieved half of what I have without your guidance and support over the last few years and I certainly would not have taken some of the risks that I have which have paid off.
The coaching you have provided over the years has been invaluable, its changed my outlook massively and gave me back the fire in my belly that I had 10 years ago when originally starting the business.

I could go on, but I'll end it here by saying I cannot thank you enough for your support over the years Peter and will forever be grateful for what your help has done for me and ultimately my family.
I will continue to recommend your services and do believe there is space for a good coach within any business.
So for anyone else, if you haven't already started working with Peter, at least come to one of his planning days and give it a go!
