We used Tommie Petunia Camacho from KW to sell our home in Clearwater. She was representing our caddy-corner neighbor in the sell of her home and we liked her marketing strategy and the photos and 3D walkthrough KW does so we decide to steal her. She came to our home: a nice, but imperfect 3/2/1 with a pool that needed work, and despite its flaws and our eclectic decorating style, she saw it for the diamond in the rough that it was. She brought immaculate vibes for me and a bunch of charts, stats, and graphs for my husband. She told us our house was worth about $40,000 more than I thought and had her receipts to back it up. I knew she could sell our home. She sent emails and texts for every step of the process. We did some cleaning and staging as per her emails. She had us on the market that same week and we got an offer for the asking price the first day on the market. We did another open house, but ended up taking that offer a few days later.

Tommie really showed up for us at every turn. Not only did she aggressively market the property, but she's just a human being of extreme quality. Selling one's house and moving is a MESS! She blew us away with her service and kindness in what is already a stressful time. We have sold a couple of homes previously and we have never been taken care of like this before. Tommie is the metric by which we will measure every other real estate professional going forward and I fear we are going to be disappointed because Tommie is the very best at what she does!

Brandon Rimes made numerous promises but never followed through. He is obviously not the brains of the operation as everyone else answers questions, does paperwork or does the work. Zero Showings!! I tried to cancel contract but firm refused to help and they have kept me hostage from other agents.

If you want a KW Laurel and Hardy team, Mindy Baird and Lindsay Wulff are the girls for the job! The worst bunch of negotiators. If I was selling my house I wouldn’t use these 2 “smart” ladies. I was negotiating a house that they were listing. They took forever to get back with me. They told me lies about counter offers and had no clue what was going on with the seller until I told them I no longer want to purchase. They cannot be trusted! I also asked them for their brokers name and they never responded. Don't expect them to respond to emails either!

Best real estate office in Largo. KWGR has the best broker, office support, productivity coaching, and training. And the best part...the friendliest and most helpful Realtors. They are friends and family, not just coworkers or salespeople. They do a lot together outside of the office. If you're getting your real estate license or considering a move, it's well worth your time to interview this office. You won't be disappointed!
