I've been going to Jayne for many years on and off and there is no end to this lady's talent. Most recently I have been suffering with an extremely painful back, the minute I walk into Jayne's treatment room, I relax and feel safe in the knowledge that she will go above and beyond to fix you, in such a holistic way, not only is no hands massage amazing, incorporating many other techniques and mindfulness practices whilst advising lifestyle tips for your specific area of concern. She has a love for constantly learning new techniques in her profession, which clearly shows through her proffesional and invested care in her clients.There are not many Jaynes out there!

I’ve been seeing Jayne a few years now after suffering badly with sciatica during lockdown. I initially had injections (privately) in my back to try and ease the pain but then I booked a course of treatments with Jayne after a recommendation.
Can’t say it wasn’t uncomfortable to start with but each session hurt less and less and I could feel the benefits. My sciatica eased and I now live a pain free life.
I book in to see Jayne every few months to keep me mobile and twinge free. Not sure how she does, it but it works! I’ve gone from an 8 in pain to a 1 at its worst. Thank you ?.

When I arrived at Jayne’s I did not know what to expect I struggled into her inviting room . At once I was put at ease I knew I was in good hands . The relaxing music smell of soothing oil was so inviting . I thought I was going to be thrown around on the bed my first visit . I was not Jayne’s soothing voice and massage had me in a world of my own . The pressure of the massage is up to you , Jayne transported me to another place , times you feel uncomfortable but don’t want it to end . My first experience I managed a more comfortable journey home . Jayne is my guardian angel . I recommend her 100 percent . If you have any probs go to Jayne . Her caring ways I left feeling like a friend .

I recently went to see Jayne with a back issue. I was absolutely blown away with how good Jayne was. It was my first experience of a hands free massage, and I will definitely be returning for more! She is extremely professional and follows all the correct procedures and protocol for our new world with covid. I would highly recommend her.

A wonderful session . I had some neck shoulder pain . Jayne talked through what she would do , and what had probably caused it . She constantly asked if I was ok and was she using enough/ too much pressure . Would recommend her to anyone who has any aches and pains .
