I approached Nikki Hill to gain her support in moving forward in my chosen career. I have a strong passion and directional plan but felt unable to move forward past my personal barriers.
During the sessions myself and Nikki have had so far, I have gained an inner confidence and self-belief, that I have not experienced previously. Nikki has been empathetic, attentive, and understanding. I feel completely comfortable in sharing my personal challenges and emotional experiences, that are potentially causing the barriers.
Nikki has provided valuable guidance and strategies to assist in my career development and personal confidence. Sharing personal experiences and professional knowledge, Nikki has enabled me to set clear plans, within a timeframe I never thought possible.

Nikki allows time for discussion, allowing the conversation to flow and not feel rushed in anyway.
Nikki then summaries the session, allowing time for reflection, ending with clear goals set, to review at the next session.
Throughout each session, I have felt at ease, being able to express personal challenges, and self-doubt. I always feel so valued and come away from each session energised and feeling a new sense of inner confidence and capability.
Following the sessions so far, Nikki has guided me to feel clear on my direction and capabilities, and I feel incredibly thankful in having the opportunity to have Nikki’s support in moving forward with my career and would absolutely recommend anyone that feels they need support to move their passion and goals forward to reach out to Nikki, it has been invaluable and absolutely life changing.
