I’m really pleased with the service provided by Arbtech. Myself and my planning consultant have been dealing with Robbie, he’s been a pleasure to deal with. The surveys were finished very promptly and all queries/amendments were also completed quickly. Robbie was also very helpful in explaining the different options for creating a BNG that would suit my needs as well as meet the requirements. Highly recommended.

Thankfully I have managed to find another reliable and responsive company to carry out the survey. By the time Arbtech have even managed to reply, i have already carried out a preliminary survey and booked in additional 2 surveys and 2 hibernation surveys. The website is mis-leading, it doesn't provide a quote within 24hours, it took nearly a month and a phone call to you to even get a response.
