We have been working with our Action Coach for over two years now. Initially it was to get our business into the best possible place for sale. Our coach Garry has brought a number of ideas to the table and held us accountable to see through the goals we have set. He was instrumental in running a bespoke one day workshop attended by ourselves and a potential buyer specifically see how the two businesses would fit together and how an amalgamated business plan would look.
