Although the experience with the people I met there was great. I wouldn't rate the organization of Tad James Co as great. I would however let it be known that when Tad was running it, it had more of a make more money and keep the cattle moving through additional programs and that any sense of understanding NLP to any useful measure was an elusive one. They gave the feeling that you would never be good enough until you came to another and another program. Until they had essentially milked you of 10's of thousands of dollars. Then to attach an expiry date to any certification they gave you was as insulting as you could make it. Oh but if you paid your annual dues somehow, your level of acceptance or credibility was assured. Absurd. Using NLP to help people was what I was there for. Not to buy program after program. Perhaps you would be better aimed at case studies and having the people who graduate from your programs feel as if they could help people and that they were going to take NLP forth and make it grow. You know, how it was intended when Bandler and Grinder invented it. Suffice it to say I have been able to incorporate some of the learnings from my time there along with Hypnosis I learned before I came there to help many people along the way. Not that I had gleaned any of its application from the Tad James Group. May he rest in peace. I hope that Adriana can make a new and improved journey for NLP.

The experiences that I've had through training with this organization have been phenomenal. The knowledge that I've gained through their NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy trainings have greatly assisted me in transforming my own life, and the lives of others, too. Most specifically, the Meta Model and the Milton Model within NLP have really assisted me in changing the way that I communicate, so that I communicate much more effectively, and since my business revolves around coaching commercial real estate agents, these models, along with my own practice and dedication to mastering them, have greatly assisted me in transforming the effectiveness and communication skills of the agents who I've been coaching.

There are no words to describe this experience!
I have been an NLP Practitioner for several years and yet this year in Master Practitioner Trainer my knowledge increased, my skills developed and I reached higher levels of transformation both personally and professionally.
Dr. Adriana James’s vision is to transform our planet by transforming one person at a time and she certainly does that.
I was there, I saw it and I am a living proof of that.
Moreover, all the Coaching Assistants that were part of this Training were incredible and they really were there to make this training exceptional!

Tad James sent me a request to review my time with them so here it is!!!

I chose to attend for personal growth, the learnings were great and the master trainers, Stef & Shay were fabulous. My fellow learned learners were a great bunch of people; however, a few people falling behind made exercises difficult. They slipped through the cracks & the trainers completely missed it.

I returned 3 years later with my 18yr old daughter because I wanted her to have coping skills before attending college. This experience was unbelievable!!! The attendees were not qualified, & it felt like an absolute company shift.....anyone who has money can attend & Tad James Co pushed sales so hard. They were no longer looking to create confident, capable NLP practitioners; they needed to push for attendance! Lori in sales felt it was appropriate to corner my daughter and guilt her into committing to Master Practitioner fully aware that my daughter was enrolled in college. Lori asked my daughter if she had her own money and if she can make life decisions on her own. Was Kelli afraid to commit because her mother was making decisions for her. Are you serious? A Canadian 18yr old, registered & paid up for her Marketing Program should commit to Tad James over a full on education? Absolute bullying & manipulation!!! Making more money, rather than creating qualified NLP Practitioners seems to be the "new" Tadd James Company's motto!!! My perception & my experience & my own way of managing my business has taught me....this company is one that does not care about you!!!

Ask me about invoicing!!! What a joke!!! I paid a deposit for NLP Master Prac with Lori; being very specific that I would not attend for 2-3 years while I work on my RYA certification. (I'm a boat captain) That was fine with them at the moment but I received numerous emailed invoices to pay the rest of the course in full without attending. I owe Tadd James nothing! I'm completely turned off by their business tactics & head games! For a company teaching integrity & perfection in words....they need to take some refresher courses in honesty & integrity.

There you have it in a small nut shell. My advice; do your research!! There are better companies that care about your success. This company only cares about their own!!!
