The 801 service to and from Cheltenham has deteriorated since the buy out. I have had drivers not stop, forget to come around the Cheltenham Hospital loop and go straight on the A40, the 1638 from the hospital is now a small bone shaking bus that is completely full most afternoons while the the 1708 from the hospital is a large bus with hardly and passengers. One more, all the drivers don't know how to give the NHS rate. Some of these guys, its easier to pay the additional .80p

We have used Pulhams Coaches for all of our day trips this Summer and they have been absolutely brilliant right from making the booking to the actual trip itself. The coaches are always spotlessly clean and the drivers are all great ambassadors for the company. Great interaction with the passengers and keep everyone fully informed. Drop off points and timings always agreed in advance, what`s not to like? We have two further trips booked with Pulhams at the end of the year and I`m sure we wont be disappointed with the service

We have just returned from a 'GB Tours' trip to Bath and the Cotswolds. Due to the torrential rain this was a bit of a 'washout ' but have got to give Pullham's driver, Craig 10/10 for his excellent driving, patience with other lunatic drivers and for keeping us informed. He made the trip enjoyable with his cheerfulness and efficiency. Well done Craig!

In a Rush to School, but at What Cost?

Pullhams Coaches run the school bus past my house in New Yatt every day. It’s a narrow lane with a 20 mph limit, but apparently, that’s too slow. To make up time, the buses mount the curb and fly down the road well over the speed limit. I get it—keen students need to get to school—but it would be great if the drivers could stop treating the pavement as part of the road and stick to the speed limit. Safety first, right?

Catching the 801 from Cheltenham. The bus station has no numbers on any of the stops. We knew one was due however. When a pulhams bus arrived it had nothing on the front to tell us where it was going or a number.
As visitors to the area we had to ask locals who didn’t know either. We asked the pulhams driver, he said , yes this is your bus. But how are we supposed to know … he said ask me !!!!?

Pulls out in front of me without looking and then sits there and folds his arms while blocking the road, really mature and professional.
I feel for anyone's safety who decides to use these clown drivers, you should be embarrassed.

AVOID!!!
The coach (Reg UK19 PUL). cut across three lanes from the left to the right dangerously causing me to do an emergency break with two young children in the car. This incident was on 11/02/24 at 8.51 on Western Avenue.

This is absolutely disgusting behaviour and this company should be stripped of there licence as they are risking people’s lives
