Highly recommend you try this! I ve been working with Zoe since 'lock-down', she helped me separate out what was holding me back, what felt overwhelming and we have shifted some blocks that have transformed how I run my business and also some of the more personal stuff. She is so easy to talk to, in fact I am surprised how much pours out during a session and Zoe has a magic way of getting me to see through my own 'BS'. Yes it is a financial investment but I found the rewards came very quickly and I cant imagine not having her around to bounce my monthly reflections off. I had a few months worth of coaching from Zoe when I was going through a difficult and confusing time in both my professional and personal life.
In just the first hour I had already made multiple huge decisions that still stand today.
The way Zoe explains things like decision making, acceptance and understanding our own personality and mind process' revealed all sorts of issues i otherwise would have had no idea were there. She then took that further again in getting to the bottom of how to act on them and progress after the vast majority of my questions had been answered.
Some of these things were on a personal level but being a business woman as well she really understood the pressures of being a busy proffesional and balancing time, finances and home life as well.
Her ability to diagnose an issue and solve it within a matter of a few hours conversation is incredible.
I couldn't have asked for any more really, so although it would have been worth any cost, her rate was also very reasonable for such high level coaching.

Zoe Knight is an unbelievable coach. Having experienced several sessions I can say that her subtle questioning, her amazing listening qualities and her innate calmness have contributed to make me realize what my real goals are in life, i.e. to align the choices I made these last few years with a goal that was there all the time actually staring in my face but to which I subconsciously apparently didn't focuss on. Instead I focussed on other existing goals , but secondary in importance.

Acceptance also played a major role in our interaction. I naturally believed, without thinking, that "negative" emotions, traits or thought patterns needed to be battled and confronted directly. How welcome was the approach to simply accept first those elements in your life, stop fighting, live with it and stop the resistance. Slowly then you'll see the unwanted elements blend in with your personalty as a whole or internal resources show up that suddey will help you deal with it.

Overall the entire period was truly special, even liberating. Thank you Zoe!
