Susan is a wonderful coach and offered great insight in her 'Make Your Mark Workshop'. The techniques and learnings she shared were very impactful and gave me a lot to reflect on between sessions.

I have carried forward many of these lessons back to my work and life as a whole, and will be working on these for the foreseeable. Her points on body language and our internal critic were especially interesting.

Susan created a very open and safe environment for our group to learn and share through the program.

I had the joy of learning from Susan over the course of 4 different sessions of the “Make your mark” course. From week 1 I found I was implementing strategies in my day to day life and work life. These strategies included how I think or talk about myself, how I approach conversations with colleagues and also small habits I can introduce each day for a positive mindset.

The additional reading is interesting and the openness of the course made it easy for myself and other attendees to share our experiences and lift each other up.

Moving forward I’ll be implementing changes into my life to enable myself to approach situations with confidence and patience. I would recommend anyone to spend time on a course with Susan. It was really a pleasure.

I have just finished Susan's Make Your Mark course and can't thank Susan enough for the coaching and tips which have already helped me to change my mindset and challenge my inner critic - something I have really struggled with for years and am now able to confront.
I've taken learnings from all four of the modules which I have already been able to apply to every day life (inside and out of work!) The sessions were very engaging and thought provoking. I learned a lot about myself which was an unexpected benefit from the course, as well as boosting my confidence, presence and learning new communication skills.

I participated in a woman-only Make Your Mark programme sponsored by my employer over the Summer/Autumn of 2022. My main goal from the sessions was to deal with imposter syndrome and present myself more confidently.

Susan's coaching style instantly makes you feel at ease. The sessions, while full of invaluable content, felt well-paced.
Susan presented evidence-based models and theories, encouraged the group to be open about our experiences, asked us questions, challenged our assumptions and suggested techniques we could practice. I think about these daily. For example, using powerful questions to take control of a conversation. Or using appropriate hand gestures when making a point in a meeting.

Recently I was asked to host a company-wide event, interviewing our managing partners. As a junior staff member without prior experience speaking to a large audience, I was slightly terrified! However, it went well, and I know that's thanks to the coaching I received from Susan. I received feedback that I appeared confident, calm, and spoke clearly (so I guess I achieved my Make Your Mark goal?)

Doing this with other women made us comfortable sharing previous experiences, concerns, and advice. We all keep in touch and meet for lunch. It feels special going through that experience with your colleagues.

I still have lots to practice, but Make Your Mark has significantly impacted my career. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
