The attitude of the bus drivers is abysmal. I’ve witnessed a few who have stopped the bus to tell random people off which I didn’t think much of, until today. The driver walked right up to me and accused me of vaping minutes after I sat down. There was no evidence of this and he said that he would phone the police because he “saw me do it”. I chose to leave because of how upset I felt which made me late for work. I feel like there is an ongoing problem with Hartlepool stagecoach drivers taking their frustration out on their passengers and the company really needs to sort it out.

Stay at Hartlepool with family. The busses are always on time from Catcote Road. In Sunderland, I've missed several busses recently. Well done!

They remove a service I used to go to work. My street also doesn't receive a service on sundays and bank holidays. This can be fixed by sending the 36 up Marlowe Road, and back down Wynyard Road via. Eskdale Road. This would improve customer satisfaction by serving a wider population. Please send this for review.

I think all the bus drivers are Amazing they've worked all through the pandemic, and I have found has a bus passenger half of the passenger's do not wear masks .putting the driver and the other passengers at risk.

Not happy that drivers dont check the screens on there bus as i was waiting for a number 7 bus and a 6 pulled up but as he left the stop instead of going straight ahead along york rd he turned into Victoria rd as a 7 would do so that meant i was late for work.
