Tugce is a wonderful coach, who passionately inspires positive change in others, and intuitively knows how to put positive change into practice. My journey with Tugce, coaching with heart and purpose has been a wonderful learning journey, a series of epiphanies, aha moments mixed with lots of opportunities for reflection on finding my purpose and the next steps to take on my path. I 'accidently' came across Tugce's website on the internet and booked a free 30 minute call in, within the first 5 minutes of talking with Tugce I knew that our paths were absolutely meant to cross and that there are no coincidences. Tugce's approach was so calming, warm, knowledgeable and compassionate and she just emanates light. Tugce held space for me beautifully and I always felt comfortable during our sessions to discuss absolutely anything that I was feeling or experiencing without judgement, it felt like I had known Tugce for years. I was feeling burnt out and so was my nervous system, I was in a job that no longer aligned to where I was at, Tugce enabled me to see the light so to speak and supported the process of journeying towards new perspectives. The tools and techniques that Tugce provided have helped me so much, Tugce's knowledge of Kundalini practices have shifted stagnant energies, calmed my nervous system, and left me feeling ready to step into my power. I couldn't recommend Tugce enough she is amazing, thank you so much !

I had 6 coaching sessions with Tugce and she took me on a journey of self discovery where I went from feeling unfulfilled and low and suffering from inertia to someone who truly understands what makes them feel happy and fulfilled and now with the confidence and knowledge to go about making this happen. Tugce prepared thoroughly in advance for each session and always managed to get a positive and tangible outcome each time - even when I made it very hard for this to happen! I also received comprehensive and incisive follow up notes, thoughts and actions after each session which were very helpful and I can refer to them whenever I need to now and in the future. Having concluded my time with Tugce (for now), I leave with much better insight about myself and feeling happier and excited about my future with a clear plan on what I now want to make happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend investing in yourself by booking some sessions with Tugce.

I quite honestly could not recommend Tuğçe's healing practice any more. The universe has this way of opening doors along your path for the growth and healing your soul desires, I was fortunate enough to have Tuğçe at one of those doors. I knew immediately in her very generous coaching consultation that my guidance to her was right. Her energy poured halfway across the globe and I knew I was in the hands of a skilled coach, yogi and healer. Moving organically through my private container, we explored the dramatic changes in my current life, untied many knots and programming from my past, and healed me of limitations I had been experiencing. Her methods are comprehensive and holistic, she intuitively directs our focus through meaningful inspiration and insight. I'm walking away feeling more balanced with expanded insight and have a clear understanding of the power of my breath. It was easy to become invested in myself more fully through her direction. She pools from a deep wealth of wisdom and divine energy. I now have customized yoga practices, custom meditations and healings, as well as recordings of our sessions for further review. All I have to say is if you were guided far enough to be reading these reviews, just go for it and be excited for meaningful change and momentum in your life.
