I had a 6 week course with Jessica over Zoom in order to get some coaching on the snatch and clean as someone who mainly does CrossFit.

I felt that I learnt something new every session. Jessica is really knowledgeable and can explain technique in simple terms.

I received feedback by video during the sessions which really helped.

The sessions flew by and I really enjoyed them as she has a great personality. I now have a good base to work from and can practice what she has taught.

To put it simply, Jessica is a brilliant coach and I highly recommend her.

After just one technical zoom session with Jess I feel like my snatch technique will be drastically improved! Jess clearly knows what she’s talking about and could instantly spot flaws in my technique and give me pointers to avoid these and improve.

Very knowledgeable coaching and great at explaining the movements and breaking them down making them easy to understand and follow.

I completed a 30 minute zoom session with Jess. She really helped with details in the snatch technique. I felt she communicated well and had a good eye for catching breakdowns in my technique. I absolutely recommend her coaching for those whom want to get better at Olympic lifts and gymnastics!

Jess was extremely personable and easy to speak to which put me instantly at ease. As a CF coach, it’s been some time since I have been coached in a 1.1 situation focusing upon one lift, so the experience was excellent. Jess broke down the elements of the power clean and worked through them at a slow pace with me, ensuring I had better technique before moving onto the element. She modelled and talked me through every part of the movement and videoed me so that we could talk about weaknesses and improvements made allowing me to correct my form and tekkers. I highly recommend Jess- she is extremely professional and knowledgable. I will definitely be back to work on my snatch lift technique.

Working with Jess has been great! I initially found out about her when she was doing some market research on training within crossfit. Since then I've been having weekly virtual coaching on my hanstands. This has been a goal of mine for some time and with the help of Jess I've really improved my technique. Jess is extremely experienced, encouraging and accommodating. She is able to give small adjustments that will make a big difference. She knows what works and her programmes are easy to follow. I'm about to start working with Jess on my weightlifting another key strength of hers, and look forward to seeing what progress we can make there too! Thanks Jess!

Has a great session with Jess where she firstly watched my lifting and went through what was going well and what needed to be worked on.
Jess took time explaining what aspect of the lift we would be doing next and also giving a demonstration of that move.
Jess also used video of my lifts to show the improvements in a short time. She made sure I understood the basic and technical parts of the lift which gave me more confidence and belief in my lifting ability.
I would definitely recommend Jess to talk about your weightlifting and what you want to improve on.
You will see results very quickly!!
