Booked KB Coaches to transport guests at my wedding last month. Had great communication with Jackie while planning the wedding, and although me and the groom never used the coach, our guests told us it was clean, comfortable and the driver was lovely. The coaches are very smart looking, classic black and white....perfect for a wedding! Also so much more affordable than any other coach company out there! Everyone enjoyed travelling to the ceremony together, it got everyone hyped up and in a good mood, and was a good ice breaker for people who didn't know one another. Added bonus was that everyone found the company name hilarious, as both me and my Dad have the initial 'KB'.

KB coaches did the guest transport for our wedding. The booking and organising process was straight forward, everyone I spoke to was really helpful and the transport on the day went perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stupid company and parking in the most ridiculous spaces. School bus in my area and they have been blocking the road for 15 minutes. PARK SOMEWHERE BROTHA!

Rubbish company!! Divers are very abusive and dive at very high speeds around narrow lanes. I do not recommend. I do not feel safe on their buses. Their divers are rude and shout and use bad language. Please share this and don't go on their death trap buses.

Absolutely disgusting. the busses are filthy and seats are tiny, extremely overpriced, and this is for the school bus service, they fill the bus to the brim with people its terrible travel definitely not “vip”

Horrendous company. Has turned up 30 minutes late whilst it has rained multiple times then driver proceeds to yell at children for being wet. Drivers will verbally abuse customers every time, caring more for the cleanliness of the bus than the customers.

I have used KB coaches on many occasions as a parent volunteer on school trips. A couple of the drivers really let the company down - miserable as sin and totally inflexible. The company are happy to take the money for school trips during the day but then get angry and blame staff when traffic or delays mean that they can't make their school pickups for 3.00pm.

We have had a number of coaches with KB during the school holidays. They are reasonably priced, always get us there and back in good time and all of the drivers that we have had have been really helpful, friendly and great with the kids that we care for. Also really nice Coaches!
