I don't know exactly what happened, but I had a very bad experience...

All my accounts are overdue, full of fines...

Anna disappeared after two months of calling and sending unanswered messages.

Someone call "Sid" responded from the same number and email as I communicated with Anna saying that, they did not have the staff to do the work and Anna was away with personal matters.

After contracts signed and promises made.

She seemed to us to be so optimistic with many ideas with new programs and ended up in this disappointment.

A huge frustration.

I had decided to do my own accounts. Whenever I had a query I contacted Pegasus Accountants and they were very helpful in teaching and talking through what I had to do. They were happy to support me with my accounts. The staff is very accessible (booking meetings on the day at times), very friendly and approachable. They are also very efficient with their clients' accounts. Would highly recommend 🙂

One of the worst customer service we have ever had. Constant chasing (calls&emails) with no reply what so ever. Our accountant Anna is never available to speak. It's been 3 months since we last heard from her... They don't seem to care for their clients or how they're treated.

We asked for a refund and instead of replying back to our email or apologising, we got a text from a random number asking for bank details with no explanation. Is this really the type of service you provide ?

You will loose time and money coming here. STAY AWAY
