I had the pleasure of working with both Claudia and Frankie on my last 2 roles and I cannot express how incredible they both were! It was my first time approaching a recruitment company and I am so happy it was Dot Recruit.
Both Claudia and Frankie were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They kept in contact before and after the interviews, making sure I received all the necessary help and support.

I would highly recommend Dot recruitment agency from a job seekers pov. They were very different from previous recruiters I'd used and treated me like I wasn't just a number, they spent time actually trying to match me with an employer which I really appreciated. Frankie and Phoebe are so lovely and even though the outcome was different in the end, Frankie was really supportive of my decision and was genuinely really happy for me (again I wasn't just treated like a number). I would highly recommend Dot, especially if you've not had much luck with other recruiters, they go above and beyond to get to know you and the employer, and also provide really helpful advice prior to an interview to make sure you're confident with it.

Unfortunately I was unable to attend my interview due to sickness but I really want to thank and praise Katie for all her help. Her advice and communications were brilliant. Not pushy or full of bull like some other recruitment agencies. I would highly recommend Dot Recruit to both employers and job seekers.

I had a pleasure to collaborate with Frankie in finding my new dream job and oh boy - did she deliver! At first, I thought it would be another dead end, but I got a job after one interview in a really great company. All this because Frankie put me in the best light when talking to my new boss. Fair enough - it is always a gamble to go work in a new place, but she matched us perfectly. The whole job seeking experience was really enjoyable with Frankie at Dot. I was offered an interview for a really interesting role, and she helped me from start to finish to prepare and think about questions I might be asked and how I would answer them, she also advised what not to ask in an Interview, a big plus as I was well out of practice having been in my role for many years. I got the job and I'm so excited about getting started. I can't recommend Dot Recruit highly enough and if you are looking for a new role you know you can put your trust in them.
