I'm not a fan of North Devon (no disrespect to anyone) as I found the south side is more beautiful . Said that I have been amazed that I have no regret to visit this side too beautiful atmosphere ,lot of things to do . Variety of beaches and nice little town.
With due respect, too many dogs are around, and people are not bothered to pick their poo.
Lovely vegetarian fish n chips option available.
There is plenty to look around . Lovely people who's speak to you with dignity and repeat. Don't forget to see the sea cruise. Had a fabulous time . Thank you, North Devon ?

Nice family place with the Rocky Beach. Went there on weekend it was such a nice experience enjoyed quite a lot. Nice hotels with quiet reasonable prices too. There is famous place called tunnel beach but you have to go before 6 because they close the entrance at 6pm.

Lovely place. One of our favourite places if I'm honest. The harbour is great watching the sea crash over the rocks and it was a lovely day.

Plenty of things to do, places to eat or just walk around.

We always keep coming back and have been visiting for many years now.

Just been down on holiday and can confirm it's worth the visit in sunshine or in rain!

If it's pouring there's oodles of fantastic independent shops to check out - including an awesome variety of food being available, plus the fab little aquarium that's bigger than you think.

And when the sun was out I chilled on the harbour wall marvelling at the rock formations & awesome colour of the sea.

But there are also boat trips & crabbing and a calorie burning walk up to the church, say nothing of admiring Verity - the statue which you'll want to photograph.
