Ali and Terry’s 1:1 help with my Stroke improvement completely changed my enjoyment and endurance of sea swimming. I’m never going to be a long distance swimmer, but I can now swim easier, further, faster and for longer with greater comfort in myself and feeling safer in the sea. Thank You both xx

I highly recommend Terri and Allie. I was made very welcome by them and the rest of the group. I felt safe and looked out for and both of them gave me practical help which worked and the session was brilliant and over before I knew it! My goals for the session were to see if I was made welcome, try and get my face in the water with new goggles and work on how I should be breathing so I can move onto front crawl from breaststroke. Tick Tick Tick. Thank you so much 🙂 I was going to wait to see if I should become a member but have joined straight away and can't wait to see how I can progress. Thank you again, great business. I am not a strong confident swimmer. I can move in the water and can tread water. I was in North Devon this week and really wanted to try and swim in the sea. The care and time both Terri and Allie gave me was amazing. They did not push me past my own limit or ability which helped my confidence. I wish I lived closer to have lessons with them as they made it fun to be in the water. I highly recommend

Allie and Terri are amazing! They have taken me from learning front crawl in the pool to now swimming quite happily in the open water. All the groups are so welcoming and encouraging. If you have ever wanted to learn to swim/improve or simply be with like minded people in an amazingly supported environment, come to coastal swim coaching. I can’t recommend them enough. March last year I could barely swim front crawl and enrolled on Allie and Terri's Coastal Swim Coaching fundamentals 4 week course. I honestly haven't looked back. Roll on to May this year and I am ready for my first 2.5km swoosh. They are fabulous swim coaches. A perfect balance of supportive, motivating and gently pushing and encouraging you further than you think you can manage. The group they have created is so warm, welcoming and utterly non judgemental. Classes are varied and fun and everyone is out to achieve their own goals. Honestly I never thought I would be able to swim front crawl properly in the sea and here I am thanks to these two lovely ladies. Just amazing.

What a fantastic business Allie & Terri have created. I started sessions with them this time last year and literally could barely swim a stroke but with their guidance and support through the sessions they have offered I now can actually swim front crawl (still improving) and I’m feeling much more confident in the water. Also their sea knowledge and coastal dips are such a fantastic experience to be part of. Thinking of dipping your toes with coastal coach swimming sessions ? Do it ! Coastal swim coaching (Allie and Terri ) are passionate about what they do and this comes across
not only in their coaching style and consistent support but also in who they are as individuals . As a long time year round sea dipper like many others over time I fell in love with the sea and came out wanting to do more than bob in the waves (although I still do enjoy doing just that on a regular basis ).I booked on my first Coastal swim coaching beginners fundamentals course about two years ago and have been swimming with them since .With the fantastic help and support of these guys from sea to pool and back again ( and a bit of hard work and determination from myself ) I have started to become a swimmer Yeah My membership has provided me with the added bonus of improved menopause symptoms fitness, sleep and zest for life as well as a supportive and growing swim family.
