They arrived promptly and the bus was perfect for additional seating for enjoying canapes and reception drinks.

We hired RM buses for our wedding. They collected the groom and all his ushers and drove for an hour to the reception and then after this even came to collect myself and my bridesmaids. We could not have asked for more in the lead up to and on the day itself. The timing was impeccable, the staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us. The bus itself was decorated beautifully and the guests all commented on how special this experience made the day, thanks, Sasha and Dean x

We hired RM Buses to take our guests from the church to the venue for our wedding day a few weeks ago. It was expensive but we thought it would be a fun experience for our guests.

I tried to advise and ask what route they were going to take prior to the wedding but I was told they would check the route beforehand. They obviously didn’t. The (scruffy) driver kept taking the wrong turns and my mum tried to tell Debra from RM Buses the correct way but she just stared ahead and ignored her while the driver took the wrong turn again and again, getting further away from the venue.

A journey that should have taken 17 minutes took 45 minutes. I had paid for an acoustic guitar singer and miniature golf entertainment but most guests didn’t have time to experience them before the wedding breakfast.

Fortunately my husband and I were not on the bus and went in a car to the venue, but we had planned a big arrival after our guests got to the venue. We were supposed to drive up the front in our car with everyone having drinks in the grounds. We couldn’t do this due to how unnecessarily long the journey took.

When I emailed to Debra after the wedding expressing my disappointment, my email was ignored. I sent a follow up email and that was ignored too. Such a shame. A genuine apology or at least an acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

She did send a rude reply to my mum and said we were lucky to get photographs with the bus as that hadn’t been mentioned previously on emails. Isn’t half the point of getting an expensive red double bus for the photos?!

Fortunately, all my other suppliers were excellent so we had a fantastic day. RM Buses are the only wedding suppliers we used that we couldn’t recommend.

AVOID this company.
We hired this company for my stepdaughters wedding to take us to the Church and wedding venue. It is evident they dont check out the route beforehand. The driver who was dressed very scruffily took the wrong turning on a main road to the Church causing chaos( even though i had instructed him prior to the journey). When going to the wedding venue the driver kept missing the turning. After instructing Debra of this on numerous occasions she still let him carry on which was especially distressing for us as we pictured my stepdaughter and her husband waiting for us with hardly any guests to greet them. What made this a whole lot worse was that Debra never said SORRY , not once. She stared at us hard faced, not showing any Empathy or Sympathy. Everyone commented on this afterwards. She then even tried to blame us!

Unprofessional and chaotic, this was the only wedding supplier who we were disappointed by. Numerous issues, including being very late (pushing back the wedding ceremony), not being clear about the route and the guests having the disembark the bus on more than one occasion. They charge hundreds of pounds and added stress to the day that was not needed. I would have given two stars based on the guests arriving safely at the destinations, however the email reply I received on expressing my disappointment was astonishingly rude. It even tried to blame me for the problems, when in fact I was advising them of the route with a few days to go (rather than vice versa), which was just the start of the issues. Unfortunately the only good thing to say about this company is that the bus looks nice on pictures. Do not recommend.

The service provided before, during and after the day (the staff got some pictures of the guests whilst en-route to and from the church) was perfect.
