I've been working with Krush for the last 6 or so months, and can happily confirm that making the decision and taking the step to get some help and coaching was the best decision I could have made for myself.
Krush has helped me to view scenarios/circumstances and people differently. She has taught me not to put my value in other people's hands, and that what i do, matters.
The fact that she's so welcoming makes it easier to be so open with her and that's really important especially if you're looking to go into this with specific things that you want to work on.
For me, it was clarity, a direction of travel for both the professional and personal aspects of my life.

I'm happy to report that during my time with Krush i've (and excuse the cliche) not only spread my wings and secured a new job, but have also learnt how to control my anxiety and deal with problems head on with a positive attitude.

Krush was recommended to me by one of my colleagues to lead a DiSC and crucial conversations training in Europe for my team. Krush krushed it. I've been through DiSC training more times than I can count, and she is one of the best! The team left our offsite feeling more inspired and energized by her trainings. They collectively shared it was one of the highlights of our offsite. Based on this experience, I asked Krush to work with me on a lst minute all-day team facilitation meeting. She had less than 48 hours to prepare, and we walked away from that meeting with so many great learnings that I still need a few weeks to digest them all.

Before meeting Krush, I was very apprehensive. I was ashamed I needed support as I have always been a very headstrong man and used to bottle things up a lot! Furthermore, my home life is so much better and more relaxed and now I’m able to switch off from work and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
