We used the Coach company for a trip from our radio station to Alton Towers and they
delivered a 5 star service and
beyond. The coach driver Ali arrived on
time and nothing was too much trouble for him. The coach was well air conditioned and comfortable and Ali was exactly where he said he would be upon return .

I wpuld not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again - thank you!

Our group of 24 adults used The Coach Company this weekend for a trip outside of London. We were picked up in Central and dropped at a campsite with the driver returning the next day. The Coach Company was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for clear communication, promptness, professionalism, and comfortable coaches. Everyone we spoke to from our driver to the office employees was so helpful and kind. In the past we have used coach companies that are rude and confusing. It was such a relief to work with a company that has such incredible service.

I was in charge of transportation for a large group with a complicated schedule and after requesting quotes from 20 different companies, I was left with 5 relevant offers. I went through all of the reviews online and loved the fact that The Coach Company was always incredibly responsive.

Every interaction I had with them was professional and timely - from booking with Peter to managing the details with Paul, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to deal with all my stress as well.

The trip itself was flawless - incredible drivers and a really communicative staff with changes along the way.

We took a risk taking a company without any personal recommendations and I couldn't be happier with the results. Looking forward to the next time we will have the chance to work with them!

NEVER USE:
- Coach there was great but return left 20 high needs students (some non verbal) crying as the driver drove dangerously down the motorway.
- This was after arriving an hour later than their already rescheduled time (without telling me, I had to find out from one of our clients who reached out to them).
- The driver then couldn't leave for a further hour (so we're now running 4 hours late). Young people got home at 8pm rather than 3pm and there was no apology.
- The company didn't care and said i hadn't put in a complaint in on time despite emailing them about being late on the day and saying i wanted to put in a complaint (apparently they have no record of this and a recorded call that also highlights my desire to put in a complaint).
- Got told they wouldn't do anything about the driver. After further emails and pressure they vaguely suggested they'd see what hat happened to the driver.
- Here's a quote from one of the teachers "Upon arriving at Oaktree School I noticed that the driver made a call to someone that spoke the same language as him, Hindi/Urdu. Partially understanding bits of the language, I understood that the driver was justifying his actions on the road saying that “Someone cut in front of him causing him to swerve”. He also mentioned something along the lines of the amount of time it took to get back. On the way back from Wales, the driver has been driving very recklessly cutting in front and close of other vehicle's. This is completely unsafe especially due to weather condition which was heavy rain."
- This was all after trying to change the price of my booking 3 months after I paid the deposits.
- They really don't care that this also affects our reputation (we're a really small company).
- Really sad to know they can take almost £3k for a booking and care so little about what they do. Absolutely never use this company.

We used this company for the first time on Friday 2nd August to take wedding guests to the Ceremony and to be picked up from the evening venue. We were kept up to speed from booking until the day enabling us to change anything at any time along the way.

Mr Rodel Lorenzo was our driver and he delivered an excellent service. Arriving at my home on time and dropping us off in good time for the Wedding.
The evening finished earlier than expected so we called him and he was already outside and waiting which was great. A very good and careful driver. The mini bus was bigger than expected which was great. Would recommend.

What fabulous service from start to finish.
I had to book a last minute coach for our trip to and from Rugby over the weekend, and thanks to Luke for finding us a coach at such short notice.
Radcliffe is a very experienced driver and every passenger would like him to be our driver next time.
Overall a good quality service, and I would not hesitate to recommend THE COACH COMPANY to others.
Looking forward to booking more trips in the future.

A lot wrong- Dramatic price increase (of over £400) several weeks AFTER I’d booked and paid a deposit. I was then stuck with this as other companies had got booked up in the meantime.
Staff were very keen to offer flexibility about pick ups etc (to get me to book) and then denying this had been offered.
I was not told clearly that they are not using their own coaches (they talk about having a ‘depot’) but they are actually acting as a middleman which means that making changes is difficult as they need to contact the companies who are supplying the vehicles. So making any change or getting response to a query can take days.
I booked 2 minibuses but was not given both drivers’ numbers on the day despite the 2 coaches coming from 2 different companies.
Reps did not deal with things quickly and did not returning phone calls which made dealing with very simple queries very difficult and time-consuming.
Only good thing was the final rep I dealt with (Priya) who was the only one who actually was polite enough to reply to messages and deal with things immediately.
The actual drivers were fine but it would have been better if I’d booked direct with them and not through this company.

I will list a number of the MAJOR problems our group encountered regarding your serviced:

• First day, the bus driver arrived on time, but it was the FIRST time the driver was in that bus so he had no idea about how to use the AC. Therefore, even if the AC was working we were all sitting in a very warm bus for hours. The bus was old and dirty. See pictures/videos attached. However, I called the office and the reason I got for the “not working” AC was that we didn’t request it. In the request we mentioned MODERN bus. That was not a MODERN bus.
• Second day: 1 hour and 40 minutes DELAY. It started with “ I will be 10 minutes late” but when we met the bus driver we had to wait 20 more minutes for the technical check for the bus computer, the one that is calculating the CO2 emissions. Therefore 2 hours delay in total because of your lack of organization. The entire day was messed up. Our team had to struggle to keep the reservations going and we had to make a LOT of changes. The group was stressed and the energy of the group was bad as for the morning late start.
• Besides that the driver has never been to Stratford-upon-Avon and he went in circles many times, our tour manager had to give him the directions. It was very unprofessional . We always expect to have experienced drivers and this situation had a big impact on the group’s impression.
• Sunday’s service started with ANOTHER big delay even if we made many calls and we wrote quite some emails to make sure this won’t happen. It was confirmed to us that this won’t be the case, but here we are. This was very bad. Your company should a big lack of professionalism. Moreover, the bus was older and more dirty than the one we had for the first 2 services. The bus was dirty and the microphone was not functional.
• Yesterday was the airport transfer and ANOTHER delay. The group ALMOST MISSED THE FLIGHT. We find it totally unacceptable. How come nobody was able to prevent any of the above?
