I was very skeptical about working with a coach, or anyone that wasn’t ‘in’ my business until I met Peter.

From our initial meeting Peter put me completely at ease and answered all of my questions about coaching without skipping a beat. He’s been there, done that and got the T-shirt when it comes to business and is always striving to learn more. Peter is not only guiding me through becoming a business owner (as opposed to being a freelancer and on my own), but is a sounding board, a friend, a wealth of experience and just a great guy.

Working with Peter has changed my approach to not only business but also life! I have goals now, and plans to make those goals happen. I have a business that has gone from just me to a team of 4 now, I now know my businesses profit margins from my breakeven (and how to calculate them!) and Importantly I understand how to truly make my business profitable, which will make it deliver for me on my personal goals.

Working weekly with Peter enables me to continually drive forwards, our sessions are productive, engaging and I really look forward to them each week (even when I haven’t done what I promised, we work through why and what I could do better). They are a boost when it’s going well and a massive help when I’m having a tricky week.

What I particularly like about Peters coaching is that it’s tailored and different for everyone he works with, there’s not a set script that he follows - rather he gets to know you and your business, what your ambitions and hopes are. Peter, thanks so much for today.

I learnt a lot about business strategy, my aspirations, and the things that are holding me back from achieving my goals.

Until today, I wasn't sure if I could shake off my 'employee' attitude after more than 20 years in staff roles. Since I left the corporate world four years ago, I've played it safe, running my business without long or short-term strategies.

Business Coach - no thanks I said for the first 4 years of trading. I don't need someone telling me what to do, how to run my business and I am more than capable of doing this myself!!! - Sound familiar?
May 2019 I met Peter Loverdos. He was different, I don't know why particularly but he wanted to listen, he wasn't selling me something he listened contently. He then provided suggestions - not dictations. He gave me thought - "How About" or "If you implemented this.....", I went away and thought about the suggestions and realised this man was talking sense.
I am now 8 months in and my business has increased by around 33% and growing daily with a weekly coaching session.
If you own and business and your not yet retired then you need a business coach.
Peter keep doing what your doing you really are making change to the coaching industry.
