I recently did the Employment Law Essentials Training with Saxon HR and can genuinely say I've never learnt as much in a day's training as I did with Maria. She delivered everything in such an understandable manner, despite some topics being quite complex. The session was relaxed, interactive and highly intriguing so I would thoroughly recommend this course if you are looking for an introduction into HR, especially if you are in a managerial role like myself.

I attended a face-to-face employment law update session. Usually, I would say in a review that the training could be enhanced by "adding in more real-life examples to cement the knowledge”. However, there were plently from Maria and the participants. Maria gave us all the space to be open and discuss our examples.

I recently attended the Management Development Programme training course where I learnt Leadership Skills for Managers, Managing Probationary, Managing Absences and Managing Conduct and Conflicts. The course was professionally run by Maria who has a wealth of knowledge that I was delighted to be able to obtain from her. The course was insightful, I realised that I was already undertaking a lot of the aspects that I had learnt but equally I gained skills that I will be able to put into practice running our business. Where to start with Maria. Having worked with Maria as a client, it’s safe to say that she goes above and beyond in terms of consultancy and truly getting to the heart of the pain and targeting what is required or needed, quickly. She has a wealth of experience and with that comes with a lot of case scenarios to use so that ahead of time I was able to ‘trial run’ future cares that came through, as a stand alone HR manager. I could not recommend Maria and her company more and is a fantastic consultant to be partnered with. Aside from this I can testify that Maria is a genuine, kind individual and anyone who has the pleasure of working with her is lucky!
