My 2 children use the coach for school supplied by these guys, and my daughter left her phone of the coach today on route home. We contacted them and even though it was Friday and 5pm, they hung around and allowed me to pop up to their storage depot and check the coach with them for it. Very kind of them and my daughter is over the moon reunited with her phone.
Another comment I must make is how impressed I was with how clean all the coaches were parked up and how clean inside her coach was.
Can only highly recommend Vale Coaches and their friendly staff.
Thanks you and I hope I didn't make you guys too late home.

We travelled to Wales on Saturday for a family wedding using vales coaches our driver Tina was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond she made our journey there and back simple and easy,nothing was to much for her. If this is saw by the boss please tell Tina she is a super star from the holy head wedding crew ( 26/09/24

Yet another superb service from Vale Coaches last night. The coach arrived on time, our driver was very friendly and welcoming. The coach was immaculate. Again at the end of the evening our driver was there to welcome us back on board. I have hired Vale Coaches on quite a few occasions and can highly recommend them. Here’s to the next time Vale.

I booked a coach for a birthday celebration and bang on time, Fred arrived with his spotlessly clean Mercedes 49 seater. He took us to our first stop in Alresford. We journeyed on by train to Alton where Fred was waiting for us to take us to a super country pub in Medstead. Excellent driving throughout and very helpful with a wheelchair when required. Thank you Vale, great value, great day out.

Had a really great day to Guernsey ,very impressed with the driver and hostess and the way we were looked after and kept in touch with as to where and when we should be at the times we needed to be. Liked the small touches , i.e packed lunch, water supplied and refreshments on return after a very long and enjoyable day. Thank you all very much
