It came to a recent realisation that I had some fundamental ignorance and weaknesses concerning my business but I felt 'paralysed' due to feeling overwhelmed by the task.

Adams coaching style is relaxed, focused and holistic in nature, incorporating the importance of mind set and health which really resonated with me. He really helped clear the path and all of a sudden, the issues in my business didn't seem so difficult. I know my strengths, but thanks to Adam I can now start to tackle my weaknesses with confidence knowing that I can always reach out for support.

The event was in a lovely location and the attention to detail was fantastic with food and refreshments provided. I also loved the type of business owners it attracted. A friendly, highly supportive community where I felt safe enough to discuss my vulnerabilities within the group.

The Lewis Foundation

For a while we have reached a place where we want to take our charity to a national level. To do this we know we need to generate more income, resources, sort out our structure and what we really our charity to look like in years to come. However, we just didn't know how to get there. So have been stuck going round in circles.

A few months ago an opportunity came to work with Adam to provide coaching to us. From day 1 it was great to sit with someone who was not only genuinely interested in what we wanted to achieve but was excited as we were to make our dreams become a reality.

In just a few months working with Adam, it has made us start to open our eyes and realise the things we need to do to make our vision for our charity a reality. It is this realisation of things we need to put into place and the work we need to do, that we know in the long run is going to make our charity amazing.

Without Adam's support we know we would not reach this level of realisation or growth because he opened up our eyes to a whole new way of thinking and shifting the things that were holding us back from our true potential. For the first time we feel like we can actually make this happen as a result. Where as we were scared about our future, we now feel excited.
