I would highly recommend the services offered by Lifestyle Mortgages. We recently purchased a large family home, requiring extensive renovation works. We required a quite bespoke mortgage package, which allowed us to borrow sufficient money, whilst running our own business. lifestyle Mortgages advised us throughout the initial process of purchase and with further borrowing required at key stages during the renovation works.
Throughout the 9 month renovation process, Graham's advice was absolutely invaluable. He was able to arrange a short term let for our family, whilst managing to assist us with renovation funds when required.
I would advise anyone considering buying or re-mortgaging to at least speak with Graham at Lifestyle Mortgages first. As an independent advisor, he can source far more financial products than the normal high street banks and as we found, can arrange a mortgage that suits specific needs.
