First rate experience for me from DMP. I had a major building project on an apartment to start, just as my husband died. The team at DMP did all the heavy lifting - with expert advice, on-point service, always available for questions and always keen to help. The flat was completed ahead of time, beautifully and is under offer for sale, which ticks all my objectives. I am planning to go to them again for further services when I come to buy my next home. The survey carried out by John was very comprehensive and included plenty of photos. Wonderful experience! I am a first time buyer who wanted a full building survey completed pre purchase. All I can say is that this company has gone above and beyond in being prompt, helpful and friendly. Emma took my initial query and was so helpful and efficient, she really put me at ease. The surveyor Andrew was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful!
I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process has been flawless and so easy, and they are very quick to respond to emails and any questions.

A successful Retrospective Planning Application.

I dealt with James and John. They helped with a tricky retrospective planning application. They made a fine presentation and engaged with the Planning Officers to gain the necessary consent.
All concerned were appreciative of their efforts and in particularly the outcome.
