I originally consulted Neil Whitaker in order to obtain a care fees annuity for my mother for whom I hold power of attorney. Not only was he extremely helpful and obtained a very competitive annuity but also managed to negotiate a cap on future rises in her care home fees. Since then I have, on my mother's behalf, invested in two inheritance tax schemes and also had assistance from Neil in connection with my pension and my financial affairs.
