If I was basing my purchase on the agent alone it would have been a definite pick, Blaiz was absolutely fantastic. He knew the property inside out, answered all our questions, he guided us well but gave us space to view with out feeling pressured or hurried. A great asset to the team!

I've just exchanged contracts on my new home in the North West and I wanted to make the time to say how helpful I have found everyone at Cubitt and West with my sale in Saltdean.
I feel that David and Shirley have a wealth of expertise and knowledge of the local property market. David's advice - although it wasn't necessarily what I always wanted to hear - was very sound and what he said was right. It definitely worked for me.
As others have said, Shirley was endlessly patient and she too gave good advice which helped me with my onward purchase. James and Harriet have been helpful and cheerful. There are many days in the selling process when good cheer is needed!

What can i say, from the first call they have been outstanding. Liam provided absolutely fantastic service, follow-up and really has exceeded all expectations. He really is highly responsive, and attentive to every detail. I was able to contact him at different times and he never failed me .

Cubitt and West were able to quickly put my property on the market and find me a buyer so that I could make my purchase. They set me up with all the necessary contacts straight away, and though the process did end up taking much, much longer than anticipated (due to severe delays and repeated issues from a woefully useless law firm at the bottom of the chain), they did see the whole thing through to completion.

My sales progressor, Garry Wheeler, kept me informed of the state of the chain daily - sometimes multiple times a day - and was easy to talk to. This helped me to keep a clearer picture and balance out the stress of the continuous, unpredictable hurdles that kept occurring right up to the last day.
