As first time buyers we were pretty clueless at first with regards to how this whole process works, but Ian has been a great support and guided us through it and has been there to answer all our queries, even out of office hours he always got back to us promptly and kept us up to date throughout the whole journey. This is now the 2nd time we have used Ian because he has always gone the extra mile for us and has been really generous, we faced alot of problems with the first property we wanted to buy, which resulted in 3 different mortgage applications!
