Since we started working together, Tracy has been amazing. Tracy supported me with submitting my tax return to HMRC - something I had no idea where to even begin with. However, Tracy made me feel completely at ease, walked me through the whole process, and dummy-proofed everything. Tracy has worked with Family Wise since September 2021, and I can hand on heart say she has been amazing!
Tracy has gone above and beyond (and a little bit further than that at times) to support me in getting our existing accounts system running as it should and it has been at times for me, a daunting task but as Tracy quoted “I like a challenge!” and a challenge she has had.
Tracy has visited the FWL offices regularly over the past 8 months and spent several days in the office. Being able to meet regularly face to face has been beneficial and I know she is always at the end of the phone or an email.
The new financial year has seen us move to Xero for accounting and payroll and Tracy (and now Jenny) have worked tirelessly behind the scenes for Family Wise.

Tracy was a great listener and understood my multiple income stream accounts and really helpful in saying what I could and could not claim for. She has a thorough and meticulous approach too and ensured that I knew exactly what I was agreeing to submit.
