I met Ali at a networking event and following a catch up coffee I decided that I'd work with Ali to get myself feeling motivated again post Covid. I had worked with a coach 5 years ago and enjoyed the process and this time was equally as rewarding.

Over two days, we worked through a number of things from my values and mental blockers, through to setting goals, both for my personal life and work. At times it was emotional to face all my feelings and I felt Ali was encouraging and empathetic. The online platform that Ali uses was really helpful as I can now go in and break down my goals into manageable chunks. I now have a clear plan to follow, some encouraging mantras to use when I wane in confidence, and accountability through the platform and with Ali's follow up calls. Already I have had an uptick in client wins and I'm valuing myself more when pricing the work I do.
