A guided meditation session provided by Joe Mugan is a must for those with cluttered minds like myself. Joe's approach helps to put you at ease immediately, making you feel relaxed and ready to take care of your mind.

In my sessions, it helped me to look inward, accept and let go of repeated worries and negative thoughts, and focus on being in the present.

By the end of the session, you feel relaxed, positive and ready to move forward. Even after the session, some of the techniques I continue to use daily.

Came across Joe at a wellbeing event on Sunday 24th September. Signed up for the Monday meditation had my first one on 25th September. Joe is absolutely fantastic !! The meditation itself really allowed me to switch off and just be for half an hour I'm sure I was dozing off towards the end (a good thing and testament to a good meditation) and then I woke up feeling different in a good way !! Well recommend !!
