I first moved to Pennsylvania on February 23, 2013 to start a new life and I needed a new vehicle. On 2/24/2013 I visited Tom Masano Ford. That's the day I met "The Legend" John Clemente, who is the GOAT (greatest of all time) new and used car sales person I've ever dealt with in all my life. I have since then bought close to a half dozen vehicles from Tom Masano. I like John the most because he is up front, honest, and reliable. Dude even gave me his personal cell and said, "call me any time if you ever have any issues with my vehicles I sell you".

But wait there is more. After meeting John I met Angela Kiritsis, who became my service rider. See one thing that I really like that Tom Masano Ford does is once you have visited a certain service writer they pair you up with that service provider every time you come to Ford. This woman is on point. I was impressed with John's customer service, but Angela took it to the next level. I had some major service issues with my 2019 Billet Mustang. Angela figured everything out and worked it out so I did not have to pay close to 5k in service fees.

Folks this is quite the opposite of what you hear about when you take your vehicle to the dealership to be serviced. I don't know how Angela did it but she worked it out with her service manager John Kujawski and took phenomenal care of me.

A few years later I began restoring OBS Ford trucks. That's when I met Ray Perez, and his manager John Muzopappa. So the sales team and service department had already set the bar, well John and Ray raised the bar even higher. Ray helped track down factory OEM parts for my trucks that I would never ever imagined owning a brand new OEM part for my old trucks. One day I stopped in to get a key fob programmed for my Ford Escape. Due to no fault of the parts department, somehow the computer erased my original keys program leaving me stranded at the dealership. For the next two hours, Ray and the service tech Ariel Devyla were tearing into the factory computer software trying to figure out why my Ford Escape was glitching. Mind you it was already past closing time. They both figured it out and thankfully Ray and Ariel were able to flash me a brand new key, but my old original key was DOA. John the parts manager felt so bad he comped me a brand new electronic key fob as a condolence for all the time that was spent with the internal Ford Escape glitchy computer.

Above I mentioned a few positive experiences, but there are many many more with this team and this Ford dealership.

I can't give enough positive praises for all the amazing customer service I've experienced over the course of the last 10 years coming to the dealership. Anyone reading this review if you're on the fence about buying a vehicle getting your vehicle service or buying parts at this dealership, don't hesitate to shop with this dealership. They are the best of the best. I have not met Mr Masano, but I will say he does an amazing job hiring the right people to help him run a successful, and trustworthy Ford dealership.
